Dr. Yogi is going to help us with an in depth study on how both these artforms, i.e. music and calligraphy are therapeutic and how is art an important part of our lives.
A doctor by profession with an immense love for the art of Calligraphy.
I always loved art when I was in school. I was one of those students who used to wait for the Friday, when we had our art & craft class. My elder brother was the reason why I had started painting and sketching then. As time progressed and I joined Med School, it was hard to find time for art. It was again in the year 2018 that I started it again, making name logos and then came across Calligraphy. Given my profession it fit perfectly into my schedule as well , and it was in Jan of 2019 that I started practicing and exploring the art ,after which there was NO looking back. I started off with brush lettering and gradually shifted to broad-edge calligraphy. Started with the Gothic scripts and then went to explore more and more scripts.
Calligraphy has become my dose of DETOX. It helps me calm my nerves , especially after a hectic day at work.
